Green Bean Salad

4 cups of fresh green beans, washed
1/4 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped finely
1 clove of garlic, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Handful of cherry tomatoes
In medium pot, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Add beans and cook for 6 minutes.
Drain beans and chill under cold running water. Drain.
In small bowl combine oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Pour mixture over beans, add onion, feta and toss together.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
